3f5281582c [Enhance] New skills 
- For Arcaea 6.0.3
- Add support for `skill_chinatsu` and `skill_intruder`.
- Add support for the invasion toggle (toggle intruder's skill states).

Note that the invasion toggle in 4 states, which is different from the official server.
