- For Arcaea 6.2.3
- Add support for `skill_salt`.
- Add support for dynamic values of "Hikari (Fatalis)", which is depended by world mode total steps.
- Fix a bug that the character "Hikari (Fatalis)" cannot be used in world mode. （due to 3f5281582c)
